-located in Shangahi along a nice canal near Science and Tech Museum in Pudong -paved walk ways, easy walking -this cache often goes missing so please read hint
Take line 2 to Science and Tech Museum, go out exit 6, walk along Jin Xiu road (west) towards the canal. As you walk up towards the canal, you will come to a paved path before you cross over the canal, turn right. Walk along the canal path until you come to the coordinates, it is not the exact location so see the hints. The cache is a mini ammo box in a zip lock. I suggest to just before dark, find the cache walk away from Jin Xiu road until you come to the foot bridge. Cross over grab a coffee and have a seat and enjoy the light show! History lesson - A friend of mine told me that there used to be a slaughter house at the edge of this canal not far upstream from where this cache is, the water was always red b/c the slaughter house dumped into the canal. People swim in this canal almost all year round despite warnings all along the canal not to. Many people drown in this canal every year and the locals believe there is a curse on this canal b/c of the slaughter house. b/c the muggle factor is so high in China, please bring a spare micro cache to replace the cache if it is missing, it is really hard to keep up with the amount of times it goes missing, this will help you help me and help future visitors, it can be anything, just big enough for a log sheet
