A park-and-grab by some really cool artwork
I was driving around town placing another cache when I saw some
cool metal art. I stopped and checked it out. I decided that other
cachers might like to stop and check it out too. I tracked down the
creator -- John Payne -- and asked him if he would mind a cache
being hidden nearby. After explaining the process to him he said
that it would be OK.
The cache -- a magnetic keybox -- is hidden somewhere on the
metal stairs. DO NOT MOVE OR ATTEMPT TO MOVE ANY OF THE METAL
PIECES! Please be respectful of all artwork in the vicinity and
attempt only during daylight hours. If you can't find the cache the
hint will ensure success.
My thanks to Mr. Payne for allowing this cache to be placed!

January 9 by retrolike (2 found) I stopped by this one yesterday and hunted for about 10 min. The hint didn't seem to help, because there were only about 3 "___ ___" and they were empty. No luck here, but amazing metal work.
