Designed to be a beginner cache - easy to get to, but with a bit of camoflage. Look with your hands as well as your eyes.
Cache is smaller than a micro, but bigger than a nano, and camouflaged to blend in with the red surroundings -- specifically, black on red. Simple log; bring own pen; no treasure; handicap parking within 20 feet. This cache has been approved by the property managers.

Richmond Heights Memorial Library was founded in 1933 and remains an independent library to this day. It moved to this location in 2000, and joined the Municipal Library Consortium. With two large library systems in the St. Louis area, it's easy to forget that there's a series of independent public libraries strung all the way from Ferguson to Valley Park.
