Geocache Description:

This cache is dedicated to our son Otto (of age 8 at the time of the cach hiding), who is a big fan of scary gizmos. This cache has the theme Halloween: bring only scary small items.

This two-waypoint multi-cache is practically a long hike on the Rose Canyon Bike Road in Northern San Diego. Bring your bikes. Prepare for a bit long but very easy hike or ride.

The first waypoint is a virtual cache. You should find the three missing numbers marked with the letters a, b and c:

90b9c
If you found the three digits replace the appropriate letters with them in the following coordinate:
32.51.aac
117.13.bab

The real cache can be found at this location. You'll find half a dozen "bunches of brushes" around this spot. The cache is hidden in one of them. Before digging find marks, we left at least three.

The best time to find the cache is on Halloween day at midnight (it's not impossible and more fun). Our kids did their best to assemble a rich collection of Halloween treasure.
