Geocache Description:

An easy ammo box cache near the end of a trail.

Foothills Open Space preserve is a small preserve nestled between Hidden Villa and Foothills Park (city of Palo Alto.) There is only one trail that I could find, and it is less than a quarter of a mile long. The cache is near the end of this trail near to some nice views.

Canine companions are allowed in this preserve. Parking is limited at the trail head, and there is posted no parking from sunset to 6am.

Cache originally contains maps of various parks and preserves in the area and a sweet FtF find.
