Located in Mountain Way Park, depending how you go it can be a pretty steep climb with some loose rocks.
Originally Stayfloopy's 3000th Celebration Cache. He moved away and couldn't maintain the cache anymore so I volunteered to maintain it for him. However, the powers-that-be said archived caches can't be unarchived BUT I could place a cache at the same location if I wanted. So I did. I put my cachetainer inside the original, which is a 50cal ammo can, along with a new log book a Travel bug and a couple trade items. All the original stuff is still there so anyone who comes across this will be able to enjoy it. I believe it will count as a new smiley for any who had already found it. After reading the logs of finders I figured it might be appropriate to note that there are 2 approaches to the cache. The easier one is to go counter clockwise once you cross the road from the parking lot following the blazes and a gradual climb up Beacon Hill. The other approach seems to leave people winded, but if you're into that sort of thing go for it. If you hit Forest Edge (GC23VC4) before this one you're in for a climb.
