Geocache Description:

This is the first in a series of seven caches following a cycle path from Bell Meadow in Chelmsford to Writtle. The caches are of varying sizes from micros just large enough for a notebook and a small pencil to large boxes big enough to take a geocoin the size of a dinner plate!!. We think that for a family it will take about an hour and a half to cycle round the trail. It is also possible to pick up a few other close by caches on the way.

This particular cache is a largish magnetic micro

The seven caches on the trail are:

1. Bell Mead Bridge
2. Between Lake and Rail
3. Mini Side Tracked
4. Bunkered
5. Trip Trap Cache
6. Fielded
7. Journeys End

As this cache is in quite a busy part of the park it may be difficult to retrieve particularly at lunchtimes as muggles like to picnic here.

On your way to the next cache you might also want to stop off and find "To Market, To Market" (GC1H4EJ).
