supertbone: Since I no longer live in the AV I am no longer able to check up on this cache. Since it was a 50 cal ammo can and there were 3 strait DNF's I assume this has disappeared. [:(]

Geocache Description:


I know we have some jeep lovers in the Antelope Valley who will go to the 'end of the earth' to find new ones. In honor of all of you, I am placing four red jeep travel bugs that I have accumulated. One of them is new to the area. Take one and pass it along.

You are looking for an ammo can hidden underneath a large juniper near State Route 138 in Neenach, CA.

You can reach the cache site from both the north and the south. If you come from the south you will see a ton of large Joshua trees, and from the north you will see junipers. I would recommend coming in a higher clearance vehicle since the road can be uneven in some places. I came in a minivan and I made it great going slow.

Please rehide the cache back so muggles will not easily see it.
