Red Witch: I checked out the cache today as promised and went equipped as MARTES suggested. I too found a second container which was very wet after the recent rains and no log book in the actual cache. I'm just not going to have a cache in an area with this kind of activity going on so I am archiving it. Too bad as it is an old cache found way back on page 304 of 319. In this era of park and grab caches it isn't too often that one lasts this long anymore. I also stopped into the Calais PD and reported the matter for which they were most appreciative so hopefully they will keep an eye on the area.
