This is a very EASY cache to do, and yes it's a dreaded residential cache that I know everybody LOVES to do. This cache is pretty straightforward.
This cache is only available from 7am -8pm.
The owner of the residence has given permission to place the cache here and says he hopes to meet some of the geocache people.
I think this is a really neat idea and could possible bring some coins into the area and let people trade them for one they have never done.
The dogs at this location may bark a little, but there is nothing to worry about, they just like to say "HI" to the people visiting the cache.
