Here is The Needle, but where is the Haystack?
This 2L cache is placed near the carpark area for a well known Eyre
Peninsula geological feature. To view the feature close up (which
we recommend) you need to enter private property and pay the entry
fee of $2 each or $5 per family. Toilets and a sheltered eating
area are also provided here. To claim this cache however, you don't
need to enter private property. The cache contains a pen and
logbook plus a variety of "stuff" gathered from our recent caching
expeditions. Watch out though - Muggle Alert!

November 9 by feathertop (5949 found) I dropped in here as it was a short detour on a scorching day's drive along the coast. Very impressive haystacks and after viewing them I found the cache. A muggle had been here recently while taking a dump nearby. He left a pleasant entry in the logbook and apologised for leaving a bit of a mess nearby. I wish all muggles were as polite. Thanks to the Green Gecko Gang. TNLN

[view this log] | September 18 by The Morris (1210 found) We had stayed in Streaky Bay for a couple of nights but left this one until we were leaving for Elliston. Noone there when we arrived but within minutes there were busloads. Eventually a clear moment to pop in and grab it. Cache is very wet. TFTC
