This is a Standard Ammo Can Cache located in a wilderness area in Gainesville Georgia. There are several Caches in this wonderful park, but none on this end. If you haven’t done any in Chicopee Woods Nature Preserve, Now is the time to go for them. Pack a lunch, bring your fishing pole and make a day of it. It is a 1300-acre Nature Preserve laced with several miles of nature trails.

Also located here is the Elachee Nature Center, which is a sprawling campus that consists of a woodland refuge and an interactive museum that will excite and educate visitors of all ages. Visit the animal exhibits and enjoy the azalea and native plant garden.
Elachee is derived from the Cherokee language meaning "new green earth."
