Satellite coverage is a tad patchy at times, however the above coordinates should get you close, and there are not too many places the cache could be.
To really get the flavour of this spot you should do at least the first part of the first walk in Paul Hayward's book "Intriguing Dunedin Street Walks". It will at least cue you into the reason for the name of the cache.
The cache is above ground (but only just) and invisible from 0 metres.
