Tallahassee-Lassie has been caching since 2006 and is a founding member and current officer of Tallahassee Area Geocachers. She is the volunteer liaison for all the Tallahassee Parks and Recreation Department caches which includes keeping up with the existing caches, the volunteers who promised to help and planning for future TPRD caches, coins and challenges. She served for many years as our representative on the Florida Geocaching Association and most excitingly on the Geowoodstock XI committee.
In addition to the TAG and TPRD activity, "Dash" has placed 70 caches for us to enjoy and hosted 33 events. She has found over 3,500 caches in 25 states and now she is decamping to cache in more states. We will bid her adieu at this event and send her off with a bang and our appreciation at the adjournment of her working career and and the beginning of her independence.
