Site of an Old Ferry Landing:
The original old ferry boats were made of wood and pushed by poles. Later the boats became metal and mechanized - now this ferry landing has been replaced by a bridge.
This site's in a nice little park with another cache close by so you can double your fun! Also another cache within a few easy miles! There is also a very unique tree nearby which is one of natures virtual caches! We were as facinated by it as by the ferry.
There's a plaque at the site with all of the information about the ferry and it's replacement - on it is the information that you need.
For the answer - what year did the bridge replace the ferry?
