Wart's That? Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

OReviewer: As there's been no cache to find for a long time or has had no owner response for at least 30 days, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

Parvin State Park - Black Oak Trail

Before we started caching, Parvin was our favorite nearby place to play. Now we find ourselves caching more often than not, but we still love to come down and watch the birds, bike the trails and bring Roxie to hike. Parvin Lake is beautiful, but we like the smaller Thundergust Lake for observing the wildlife.

The park has 3 main trails and lots of smaller ones. The Black Oak Trail runs parallel to Morton Ave. It’s 2.4 miles end to end and starts at the far end of Thundergust Lake. It’s not a loop, but you can pick up one of the other trails (and the many caches on them) and loop back to parking. We hid 4 caches on this trail. Stop at the office and pick up a trail map.

You’re looking for a Lock-n-Lock type container.

Congrats to theGuentherGang on another FTF!
