BRICKHOUSE

This cache can be found in Harper Park, which is close to the Southworth ferry terminal. The park is open from 9 am until dusk.
The park area was formerly occupied by the Harper Brick & Tile Co.,
which went out of business in the 1930s. At its peak,
the factory was producing up to one million bricks a
month, some of which were used to construct buildings
in Seattle's Pioneer Square, and the governor's mansion
in Olympia. Many of the bricks that were factory rejects
can still be found along the shoreline where they were dumped.
The coordinates to the actual cache are hidden at waypoint #1, which is
in the area where the clay to make the bricks was mined. There's still
plenty of clay in the area, which may become obvious to you by the amount
of it sticking to the bottom of your shoes, especially if the trail is wet!
To find the cache, you will need to do some hiking up a steep, but
relatively short trail. The satellite coverage can be a little spotty, but the clues should help get you to the right spot. Total round trip distance for both waypoints is just
over one mile.
While you're here, you can also look for the other cache hidden in the park - "Depression"
