BBQ and October meeting for Geowoodstock4 with a Cache run of
Granbury afterward.
Where: Ladycacher's house in Granbury, BRING CHAIRS.
When: Saturday,October 15th, 11:00am - ?
Why: To get together and go over what we have so far for the
event. Also to discuss GeoWoodstock4 in general which will take
place in Cedar Hill Park over Memorial Day weekend of next year.
With all that done, we will have a good time and then do a run of
Granbury. Everybody is invited even if you are not apart of the
planning, although a sit down meeting will take place.
Activities: Grilling, Planning, Talking, Cache Run,
etc.
Eats: I will provide hamburgers,hotdogs, and buns. We will
need: Side dishes, desserts, ketchup, mustard, napkins, chips, etc.
Please post what you will bring to avoid too much of one thing.
BYOBeverage Beer is allowed.
My house is kid friendly and we have a huge backyard to play
in. Dogs are also welcome.
The parking will go as follows: You can park in my driveway, on the
street, and on the grass next to my house. When parking in the
street you will need to park your vechile somewhat on the grass
edge. This street can fit cars on either side if you do it right.
We will need to leave just enough room for a car to pass through
and not block the street.
