One of a series to fill in the gaps between Downtown caches. Parking is scarce or prohibited near most of these caches.  If you find a good parking spot, take it and do this series as an "urban hike."

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, also called the Los Angeles Cathedral, is a cathedral church of the United States in Los Angeles, California. It is the mother church of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and seat of its archbishop.

Consecrated and dedicated on September 2, 2002, the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels replaced the smaller Cathedral of Saint Vibiana, which was severely damaged in the 1994 Northridge Earthquake.

Cache Logs

November 17 by osmodion (28 found) There is some labor dispute going on at the church and the protestors are set up at GZ. There were enough other peds around that they didn't pay attention to me, but others might not be so lucky. If you can go on a weekend (or whenever the protestors aren't there), I recommend it. Two used-to-be muggle friends of mine were particularly enthralled with the concept of Geocaching, and so they decided to come along and find a few caches.
