This is the first cache I have placed, so forgive any goofs
I may have made.
The cache is located in a densely forested area, overlooking
a lake, within the boundaries of a state park. It's in a small,
olive-drab metal ammo box, leaning against the north side of a
forked tree. It is nearly covered with leaves to make it less
likely to be stumbled upon, but if you're standing near it and
looking, you'll see it.
If you find the cache, please log your visit, and please toss
a few leaves back over the can before you leave the area, as
hikers do come through now and then and I'd rather it weren't
in plain sight. Look around the park, too, it's really quite
a beautiful spot. Ducks, geese, and swans abound.
