Geocache Description:

This cache is located at Lake Glendale. Easy drive on Hiway 145, which runs from just outside Metropolis north to Harrisburg. Nice family location with camping, fishing, hiking and swimming. Has a beach which is open for swimming for a small fee. Lifeguards are provided. Ample parking using the Cardinal Bay boat launch parking lot. Nice view of the tranquil lake. NOTE: This area is closed from 10 PM to 6 AM except for Campers.
