This is the Keystone Area Council's Cache-to-Eagle Trustworthy Cache. The 12 Points of the Scout Law are located at Hidden Valley Scout Reservation in Loysville, PA.
This is Number 1 - Trustworthy, and it's near the West Gate.
You must park your vehicle in the parking lot, and check in with the Camp Ranger for permission to search for all 12 caches. Vehicles must remain in the parking lot. You must search for the caches on foot.
There will be times and dates that non-scouts will be restricted from the camp, depending on the program. No night time geocaching.
