Wheezer The Squirrel was very special to our friend Ann, a wildlife rehabilator. Ann is also an author and has written a short, illustrated book about Wheezer which we like so-o much we have included a copy in the cache for you to enjoy if you wish. Please leave the book there for others to enjoy.
Park at the end of Slagle Creek Road and your search will take you on a beautiful, lazy 3/4 mile [one way] hike through the Enchanted Forest. Along the way you will also find "The Old Shell Game" GC15YG7 and "Beary Sweet Junk" GC15YGE.
At the crossroads, in a gorgeous sylvan setting, hidden in a squirrely location is a camoed ammo can filled with goody squirrel things, plus a log and writing utensil.
