Geocache Description:

In order access this cache you will need to go to hell (Devil's Hole) and back! Just a short hike with little elevation change from the nearest trailhead.

If you are not into strenuous hiking, there may be another way to Purgatory (as there always is), but let us warn you in advance, it is not for everyone: Sequoians*.

THIS CACHE HAS BEEN TRASHED BY KUSANAGI.

Several EBRPD trails lead from Bollinger Canyon up and over the ridge and down to Purgatory. There is also access from the EBMUD trails, but the trailheads are much further away.

* If you are adventuresome and do decide to use the low terrain access to get to hell quicker, we are offering a bonus for anyone courageous enough. You must post the appropriate picture as proof.
