Lots of neat places nearby to check-out, as well as several other geocaches, if you are in the mood for more exploring. Or hike through the Iron County hardwood forest on one of the many woods roads. Make a day of it and pack a picnic basket, and don't forget to bring a good map of this neck of the woods because you will want to see more. Northern Wisconsin rocks!
Between Highway 2 and Highway 77 take a scenic drive through Wisconsin's northwoods on Highway 122, which traverses the flanks of Whitecap Mountain. Appearences can be deceiving, so can locations on a map; this cache is easier to find than it may appear. Closer to the town of Upson
than to the town of Saxon turn on the gps once you get on Highway 122.

a hunter walking trail (old two-track road). Lots of wildlife abound here and we regularly see black bear, whitetail deer, wild turkey, and fisher. The
cache container is a medium sized tin can with tight fitting lid.
