Geocache Description:

An easy cache to get to. Drive into the area using the dirt road by Laurel Airport.

Giddyup Horseys

Cache is located near Horseys Pond, enter using the road by Laurel Airport. Parking is past the houses and past the picnic table.

Our first cache and my son wanted to do it, so what you find will be a 10 Yrs old collection of race cars. Also included the Catmobile TB. Lots of Horseys under the hoods.
This is suppose to be a pretty good public fishing pond. The container is a Rubbermaid type container.

Served in the Delaware State House of Representatives from 1800 to 1802. Elected as the Attorney General of Delaware and served from 1806 to 1810. Elected to the United States Senate to represent Delaware and served from 1810 to 1821.

On his way to Prague as the new U.S. Ambassador to Czechoslovakia was Career Diplomat Outerbridge Horsey, of the Maryland Horseys, whose grandfather was the founder of the "Old Horsey" rye distillery. Said Ambassador Horsey, who previously was No. 2 man in Rome: "I am the sixth Outerbridge Horsey and my unhappy son is the seventh. In fact, the only trouble with any new post is explaining the name to people." Time Magazine Nov. 30, 1962
