Stage one: The posted coordinates should lead you to the coordinates for Stage 2. This same hiding "style" done at Stage 1 will be used for Stage 2 and Stage 3. The final is a short distance from Stage 4.
At stage one, once you find the coordinates you will need to decipher the in-field puzzle.
Assuming you have reception, your "smart- phone" will be your best friend here. If you don't have one, no problem, just reach out to a PAF and have them get to a computer or their smart phone.
Stage Two and Stage Three require the same action (decipher the in-field puzzle).
So, assuming you find Stage Three and are heading to Stage Four, listen up. At the ground zero for Stage Four, you need to find a very distinct tree that is about 40 feet UPHILL from Stage Four GZ. This is a very large, twin forked, hardwood. Standing immediately downhill of this distinctive tree, this is now your Stage 4 Ground Zero. Now peer through the V of the fork and you will be seeing your objective; a mature Pine Tree awaits you 110 feet away. Therefore, I would shoot a bearing through the V of the tree looking uphill, mark your position, and then go 110 feet to the base of that Pine Tree. At this point, you should be within 10 feet of a "big old hardwood who has a son nearby." The cache is tucked between the son and the father.
