It's time for another easy mag micro, but you have to bring your own pen.
This cache location is nothing special. There is no great view, there is no trail to hike, it's not a bus stop, there is traffic nearby, and there are 'no parking' signs everywhere. All things considered, there is no compelling reason to stop here and rest.
But strangely, there's a rather official looking and permanent bench here.
I can only assume it's been placed there so someone will use it. Since I've driven by countless times and I've never seen it in use, I've decided to see that we can put it to use as a diversion to run up your 'geocaches found' numbers. You can probably sit on the bench and reach the cache or at least you can sit on it when signing the logsheet. I admit, there may be better places to hide a cache, but at least it's not in ivy and it's not a typical pole hide.
