An ammo can cache .5 miles from the Cozy Dell Trailhead
This cache was inspired by an experience I had when hiking to El Patron, further up the trail. I had forgotten to take water on the hike, so really appreciated the half liter of water someone had left in the El Patron cache. So here is a cache for all of you who forget water. It contains four .25 liter water bottles.
IMPORTANT: The cache is about 8 feet off the trail, but you do not have to walk on any plants to get to it. It is not visible from the trail, but it is "right out in the open". As of 4-8-07, it had five log entries...four from muggles. It's a test in my faith in human nature that I trust it will remain there. But for good measure, please don't put travel bugs in the cache....too great a chance that they will go missing.
Please take water if you need it, just note it in your log, so I can replace the water as its used.
