Cache is a camotaped container hidden some 20 feet from the grassy portion of this nice little roadside park, just outside of Viroqua. Should be a quick find in an out of the way place, and winter friendly unless we really get dumped on!
In Michigan, they call these road-side parks. In Wisconsin, they're waysides... and while we're at it, the drinking fountains in Wisconsin are called bubblers, and softdrinks are called soda (don't you dare call it "pop"), and too many towns describe themselves as "unincorporated", whatever that means... but I digress, we'll have to save the rest for another listing. 
Still, wherever you hail from and wherever you're going, these little roadside havens can be a godsend on a long drive. And if you can satisfy your caching habit while you're here, so much the better.
In winter the road into the wayside may be closed to vehicles, but there is ample room to park at the gate well away from the main road, and it is just a short walk to the cache from there.
Finally, an optional request: If you are willing, please make a note in your log where you hail from. Of course, this is not a requirement, but it will add flavor to the cache. Happy trails!
