The start of your journey is also the staging area and start for the Rump Roast Run. Held each year during Minocqua’s Beef-a-Rama, the last weekend in September, this 5k, 10k and “calf-mile” race is sponsored by the Lakeland Noon and Morning Rotary Clubs.
This park is one of Rotary's local projects completed in 2004. This is a camouflage micro-cache. The cache is not on the Rotary Clock and obviously not on Highway 51 where the run starts.
This Multi-Cache was created by a member of Boy Scout Troop 564 as part of his Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge.
Lakeland Rotary Wheel is a six part multi-cache throughout the Lakeland area at local projects completed by the two Lakeland Rotary Clubs. Each cache contains a clue for a final puzzle for those that can show that they found all six caches.
