Clear Rubbermaid container, in Bayou La Batre, AL
I was determined to find a suitable cache hide location somewhere in this town just so I could give a cache this name! After searching around for quite a while (this town is not exactly a "cache hider's paradise"!), I located the bird sanctuary where this cache is hidden.
When you see the bird placards at the foot of the hill, park across the road from there, not right there in front of them...you'll see why.
This cache container is very well camouflaged; you could be standing right on top of it and still miss it. It needs to stay this well-hidden in order for it to last, otherwise it is sure to be removed. Watch your footing as you reach the location.
Initial contents of cache: Logbook, pencils, sharpener, 2 dice, 4 AA batteries, matchbox car.
Since I'd hate for anyone to drive this far and come away empty, I'm including a serious spoiler in the encrypted clue. Only resort to it if you must.
***IMPORTANT: Please take the time to re-hide it just as well as you found it, and also re-camouflage your footsteps too (you'll see what I'm talking about).
