Ghostly Passage
Miles of chainlink fence. A tunnel from nowhere to nowhere. Why?
Ghostly Passage
Along the new US 202 parkway hike/bike trail.
There is something unusual about this section of the new 202 Parkway. You will notice that you are standing on an overpass that seemingly serves no real purpose. Some may say that it is for the safe passage of wildlife. But why only here? They are left to fend for themselves along all the rest of the Parkway.
The real reason for this underpass is based on the fact that here the parkway is passing through the middle of the St John Neuman Cemetery and we all know what (or whoooo?) roams cemeteries at night. This underpass will provide safe passage to any wandering poltergeists wanting to visit the single occupant in the undeveloped section of the cemetery.
Only those who are not superstitious, or very brave should attempt this at night.
Physically you will be very safe. There is no need to leave the bike hike trail.
