What Is That Strange Thing??!!?? Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: Hi
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, [RED]and assuming it still meets the guidelines[/RED], we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Don't hesitate to email me via the link on my Profile if you have any questions. [red]Please be sure to include the cache name and GC Code, or better yet, the URL of the cache page.[/red]

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

Hidden high in the hills above Fremont, on the Vargas Plateau, is one of the strangest things I have ever seen. I think you will agree! This Multi-Cache will take you there in 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Find the micro-cache located at the coordinates listed above. Inside you will find the coordinates you will need in order to see the strange thing. Be sure and record the "code number" inscribed under the lid (you will need the "code number" to complete Step 3). This micro-cache is a black magnetic "Hide-A-Key" box. There is no log to sign. Enjoy the view from here for a minute or two, and then proceed to Step 2.Step 2: Using the new coordinates you acquired from Step 1, proceed to where the strange thing is. You can't miss it, I promise. This Step should be completed during the daytime. You will NOT be able to see the strange thing at night.Step 3: After seeing the strange thing and to get credit for the find, you must e-mail me through GeoCaching.com with the following information:1) The "code number" inscribed under the lid of the micro-cache;2) A brief description of what the strange thing is; and,3) Any ideas you may have about what the strange thing is.In return, I will send you a website address which, when you visit the website, will explain what the strange thing is.Remember, you must e-mail me with the information listed above to receive credit for finding this cache. And, please, do not give anything away in your log of your visit or I will delete it.Thanks, and enjoy the world of the strange and bizarre, right here in Fremont!
