Summer in Wisconsin is here and gone in no time. The Lake Michigan area around Racine has seen some dramatic changes throughout the years. When I was young, it was a health hazard to play in (but when you are a kid, who listened?). Now, it is a world recognized beach with the women's beach volleyball circut. The key is to give the public what it wants!
A word to the wise, heed the "No Parking" signs. Wind Point's finest are on the job! Bring your own writing utensil and enjoy the scenery.
