Packwood (Prairie Center) Cemetery Traditional Geocache

A small container with log only, bring your own pen and TOTT may be needed to extract the log. Located in a cemetery just outside of Packwood Iowa.  Do not hunt for this cache after dark or during any services, be respectful of the area. 

This cemetery goes by two common names: the entrance gate is "Prairie Center Cemetery", the more commonly used name is "Packwood Cemetery" because it is located in Packwood, Iowa and the founding namesake of the city of Packwood is buried here (Samuel Packwood).

I grew up a few miles from here, lots of friends and former neighbors are buried here.  Oct 20 - D.H.  I have not forgotten.
