I have collected here every dead President of the United States of America and I welcome you to come, visit, ooh and aah and then take one of your very own to hide. You do not have to take a president or start a new cache to log this as a find, it is just an added bonus for those who wish to do so. If you aren't interested in hiding a related cache, just sign the log as per usual and leave the presidents where you found them.
In this cache I have placed 38 plastic cards containing the likeness, name and dates of office of each of the now deceased presidents. As you visit the site I ask you to take one if you like and to create your very own Dead President cache somewhere in Vermont. It shoud contain relevant information of each of the presidents; their deeds, dates in office, etc., etc., etc. I am sticking to the dead presidents for this cache mostly to avoid some of the tension that comes with including recent Oval Office residents. So please, when writing your pages or logs, let's stick to the facts and not spew too much venom at the poor fellows.
You may notice as you sort through the presidents that there is actually a face on both sides of the card, disregard the one with no information below the face and only go with the named side.
About the cache: The cache itself is 5 cup lock-n-lock hidden with a view of a building that used to be a school carrying a president's name. It is an EXTREMELY busy spot in the summer months with crowds many evenings, so stealth is an absolute must. It is filled with the usual swag as well as the president's heads so there is something for everyone.
I will keep track of who has which president and link into the new caches as they publish here. Please stick to the naming convention if you can, in order to keep the series neat.
