This is a Challenge Cache!
In order to mark this cache as found and get a smiley you must have gotten at least 300 finds in one day in the State of Wisconsin. Previous caching days count and future caching days count. Caches hid by any CO count. When you find the cache add the day you found at least 300 caches in Wisconsin and how many total you found. If you do not qualify you can still sign the log but instead of marking found write a note on the cache page saying I found it but do not yet qualify. Then if you do find 300 caches in one in Wisconsin then you can mark it as found. I will also verify found logs.
Welcome to the Blue Hills
The Blue Hills series will have a variety of cache sizes, terrain and difficulties. These caches are not set up as a powertrail. Caches are meant to remain at the GZ. You should be able to retrieve "Most" logs without removing the cache.
Depending on your preferred caching style; you can filter caches by size, difficulty, or terrain and just go for those.

Guidelines and Suggestions
1. All cache logs must be signed to count as found.
2. Make sure caches are placed back for future geocachers.
3. Take the extra time to place lids back properly.
4. Bring along Tools of the Trade for log or cache retrieval.
5. It is always helpful to bring along extra geocaching supplies.
6. Be Safe.
