Nobscot Cagers Traditional Cache
UMass72: The Boy Scouts are doing an Eagle Project clean-up in this park. One of the objectives is to remove the basketball backboard and support post. To those who missed this cache I only have to say, "Look up!" Thanks to all who visited.

Small site, Nobscot Park is in the heart of northwest Framingham. Parking for 4-5 cars near cache. Winter friendly.
The area is part of the Framingham Conservation Lands and is the former site of the Framingham School House No. 8, which was built in 1854. The Nobscot Grange used it as their home from 1946 to 1960. The Boy Scouts took over the building in 1979 but it burnt down in 1994.
The cache is a smallish container with just a log book, pencils, some balloons and a few foreign coins.
Before you remove the cache from its hiding place, make note of its placement and be gentle when removing it. Please return the cache to the same position that you found it. Happy hunting.
