This is an urban larva cache of the 1 kg Police (GCK5NM) by Liimes & VesaK. It's hidden near both the metro and police stations. To honor the obligation to the people which the Itäkeskus Police bears in keeping the east Helsinki area as safe as possible at the given human resources rate, this cache isn't placed too close to the police station itself.

For the easiest transport methods, you can use either the Metro train or the Jokeri line buses.

Important! Take your own pencil along. There isn't any in the cache itself, it probably wouldn't fit in there. It'll help you out when you face the Nd₂Fe₁₄B element of the geocache container anyway.
