1. Add the digits of your age.
(If your age is "41", you'll add 4 and 1 to get
5)
(If you are younger than 10, your age is your

2. Multiply your answer by 10 and add it to 321 to get ABC.
Example for an answer of 5:
5 times 10 = 50, then 50 plus 321 = 371, so ABC =
371
3. Reverse ABC to find CBA.
4. Subtract CBA from ABC to get DEF. (ABC minus CBA = DEF)
5. Reverse DEF to get FED.
6. Add DEF and FED to get GHIJ. (DEF plus FED = GHIJ)
7. Subtract 194 from GHIJ to get UVW. (GHIJ minus 194 = UVW)
YOUR WEIGHT:
1. Add the digits of your weight.
(If your weight is "175", you'll add 1 and 7 and 5 to
get 13)
(If your weight is "73", you'll add 7 and 3 to get
10)
2. Multiply your answer by 10 and add it to 531 to get KLM.
Example for an answer of 13:
13 times 10 = 130, then 130 plus 531 = 661, so KLM =
661)
3. Reverse your KLM to find MLK.
4. Subtract MLK from KLM to get NOP. (KLM minus MLK = NOP)
5. Reverse NOP to get PON.
6. Add NOP and PON to get QRST. (NOP plus PON = QRST)
7. Subtract 156 from QRST to get XYZ. (QRST minus 156 = XYZ)
