Geocache Description:

A Parody in K - Opus 1

With urban hides springing up in the I5 corridor, allowing people to pad their numbers without ever doing a decent hike, we might as well go the whole monty. The Shunra Team hereby presents you with:

The first (we believe) drive-thru cache in the Northwest.

You will not need to leave your car to log this cache, but you may want to.

Forget about Starb*cks and other big chains, this is small-town America. Not your parking lots and stripmalls, but not the touristy Victorian kitch either. Take a look at the little cabin nearby, with its Cowboys Wanted sign, and the straw men and straw horse, or whatever decor is appropriate for the season - it changes all the time. You can also leave your car and watch the birds of Kah Tai Lagoon, just across the street.

Or alternatiely, you can just drive through. You can actually do this cache at any time of the day, even whenthe business is closed; no purchase is required. It goes without saying that owners and staff are aware of the cache. You will need to bring your own writing utensil, but if you don't, you can probably ask for one through the Window.

Welcome to Port Townsend!

FTF-credit for this cache goes to Rockman1. Great picture too!
