Geocache Description:

A Breakfast get together and the launch of a VERY special Geocoin

This event cache is pretty much spur of the moment for a number of reasons.

Firstly, a very special and limited Geocoin will be launched at this event. As it needs to do the rounds in SA before the end of this year and it should start at an event, I want to get this going as quickly as possible.

Secondly, everyone seems to be wrapped up in the hum drum of the working new year and therefore what better way to break the monotony and get together for a relaxed morning and get the Geocaching batteries rejuvenated.

Thirdly, there are a number of new cachers that have started in the GP area in the last two months, let’s hope that we can meet some of them.

The event will take place at the Blue Crane Restaurant at the Austin Roberts bird sanctuary, starting at 09h00 where we’ll meet for a Buffet Breakfast and reminisce about the year that has past and more importantly what lies ahead for 2006. The buffet will cost R68pp, and booking is essential. I’ve made a provisional booking which must be confirmed on the 27th February, so please respond by the 26th.

There are a number of caches in the area, and hopefully a few of the local and intrepid Pretoria cachers will create one or two more to be released at the event cache!?
