Geocache Description:

Geocaching is a great way to learn about the world, and -- in this case -- it's a pretty good way to learn about the World Cup, too. Yes, the world is less than five months away from the 2010 World Cup, the global championship of soccer, or football as it's known in many other parts of the world. At present, 32 nations are working hard in preparation for next summer's competition in South Africa. The 32 nations are divided into eight groups of four teams each. In the "group stage," each group of four teams plays a full round robin. The top two teams from each group advance to the "knockout stage," essentially a single elimination tournament of 16 teams. Right now, the teams are focusing on the group stage, and to solve this puzzle, so should you. By the way, the United States will play its first match near S 25° 39.750 E 27° 13.300. I hope you have fun with this World Cup-themed wordplay puzzle.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates; instead it is at N 38° AB.CDE W 121° FG.HJK. Using the 10 flags immediately below, fill in the correct flag for each of these ten puzzles (called A-K). Each flag is associated with a number 0-9, according to the following table:
