Saunter up to one of Council Bluffs' hidden gems. There's a small playground near the new parking lot, and a full-sized track that rarely gets used.
Alternate, streetside parking is also available, for westbound traffic only, on High School Avenue. There is a sign and a concrete staircase that leads up to the park.
