Tonga Ridge cache. This is a great hike with awesome views. Skykomish area.
This is the first cache we've hidden after getting the geocaching 'bug'. The cache is located off the Tonga Ridge Trail. Drive up to the trailhead at N47 40.734 W121 15.889, elevation approx 4400ft. A Northwest Forest Pass is required to park. Then hike up and along the trail to the cache enjoying the awesome views and the flora and fauna. The cache is near Mount Sawyer (or Mount Bugs as the kids called it - it's buggy up there!). No bushwhacking is required.
