Note: The original hide was comprised when the new filter pond(s) bulldozed and shore rock was done in the park. The hide is still in a tough little place to spot, so that the D/T could remain the same. The following fun description was left from BGT’s original cache page…
Another fun cache at West Lake Park! While doing this cache, please repeat every 5 minutes or so, "I really do like BGT." This cache, if you let it, will provide some interesting moments. Finding the path to it, the unexpected small pine grove, heralded early on by its pleasant fragrance....but don't trip over the fallen tree! This is a different type of cache than you might be not used to (haven't seen the latest from oldtimer1 or Space Cowboy & Patty Ann, so I may have unintentionally duplicated their hides,,or not), but it will be fun if you let it. ;) If you'd like to, take a camera and post some pictures of the "beasts of the deep" - the "leviathans" who are nearby. You will likely see them if you are there at dusk as their primordial fins crease the surface. Finding this cache does not require any maiming, cutting, destruction, etc. Be gentle with it, if and when you find it.
