Geocache Description:

Wonderful view of Tecolote Canyon.

Can you believe it? Another cache in Tecolote Canyon by Devhead! The shortest walking distance of all my Tecolote Canyon caches but not necessarily the easiest to find. This one could also be called 'Tecolote View' or 'View of TecMyntzCacheWalk'. Right now (Jan. 2005) the canyon is very lush and green. So...spend some time enjoying the view while you do this cache. The container is a 4" x 6" cylinder with camo tape wrapped around it. I had 2 GPSr units with me when taking coordinates. Both indicated 13 feet of accuracy at the time of placement.

This is one of the caches in a series which will culminate in the coordinates for “The Crown Jewels”, the memorial cache for"The Summer of 2004 Geocaching Picnic"event.

(NOTE 10/22/2015: THE FINAL CACHE HAS BEEN ARCHIVED)
The above coordinates contain information you will need for locating the missing jewels.

Each cache in the series stands alone. At each cache you may find some jewels and name of the next cache in the series. You can choose to do them in any order you please. However, only the correct order will result in finding the Crown Jewels.

Note: All the caches in this series are physical caches containing logs. Some contain geoswag where you will be able to make trades if you want to, so bring lots of good swag with you. You will also be able to log all of the waypoint caches as finds on the website, so make sure you keep track of the cache names so you can log them when you get back home.

Good Luck
