A nice view and an unimaginative hide
You can get a good look at Waverly from up here. This is close to the water tower. The water tower in on city property, however the driveway to the west is not. There has been recent development south and east of the cache which has provided a better access route. There is a driveway south of the cache where you can park and walk up from there. There will be continued construction in this area, so the situation may change over time.
