This was one of the first really good camo ones i did when first
starting, and when i saw it got archived i felt a sadness pulling
at what i can only assume was my heart (although it could have been
indigestion as well?!)
Either way, I've kept everything from GCVTW4. Their coords, D/t,
and hint. Below is the original description and then their
hint.
I don't know if it's as good as the original but for those of you
who have done the first one, here's a free smiley and for those who
have not done this yet.. I hope you enjoy.

Located in a small downtown park that commemorates the British Army
Training Unit Suffield. The park has a speaker's podium that is
meant to remind us all of the Canadian Charter of Rights and
Freedoms. This park can be a high traffic area at certain times of
the day. Stealth should be used to retrieve and replace the cache
as you found it. In order to find this cache, nothing has to be
moved or disturbed in any way. (Other than removing the cache to
sign the log.) The cache is visible and in clear sight. It is
considered a micro size because it is not large enough to hold any
trade items, but it is not tiny. It is camoflaged / disguised so
that it blends with it's location and it only contains a log. Bring
your own writing stick. Use one of the nearby benches to sit and
sign the log. PLEASE RESPECT THE PARK AND THE ENVIRONMENT - DO NOT
DESTROY THINGS WHILE YOU SEARCH.
